Where services are agreed, the written engagement must identify the actual contracting business, its applicable authorisations, the service, fees and responsibilities. The website itself does not accept property reservations, deposits, online payments or binding sales contracts.
How listing information should be used
Listings are selected source records from the Alanya Eiendom portfolio. Asking prices, availability, areas, photographs and features must be confirmed for the specific property before a decision. A source date is not a guarantee of continuing availability. Development price and area ranges can describe different units. Do not assume the smallest price buys the largest home. Illustrations are identified as illustrations and do not document a completed building or an actual listed property.
